Customer service
We provide professional support during the entire ordering process. Our experts – with Joppe Dictus as your first point of contact – are available from 8 am untill 17 pm via our hotline. Looking for technical information or want to be pointed in the right direction for a product? You can easily find what you need in our user-friendly digital product catalogue.
You've placed your order… so, what now? It's time for our back-office to spring into action. They ensure the orders are placed with our trusted European partners correctly, keep track of those orders closely, and make sure that all the parts needed get to us on time.
Your fibre optic cables and other components are delivered to our warehouse, under the watchful eye of Gert Bosmans, our Purchasing & Logistics Officer. He ensures that your order is put together correctly and that it is ready for shipment at exactly the right time.
Service & After Sales
Because we deliver just in time! In consultation with your planner, the shipment is dispatched at the agreed time and delivered where you need it. To your company premises, to wherever the materials are assembled, or directly to the building site. Depending on your order, we will use one of our own vehicles, a reputable parcel delivery service, or a fully equipped truck for larger deliveries and reels.
Quality is our top priority. We deliver fast and flawlessly, and respond quickly to unexpected queries or last-minute order changes. And by working with European suppliers and using short transport routes, we keep our – and your – environmental footprint in mind in the logistics solutions we offer.
