That’s why we’re inviting you to our birthday party on Thursday 25 June at our offices in Beerse, Belgium.
From a solid start to a dependable fibre optic partner
Wirewave was founded by Kurt Pleysier and Greet Adams in Rijkevorsel in 2016. With more than 20 years’ experience in the sector and an extensive network, they were in a sound position to lay a solid foundation. They were driven by the conviction that things could be done differently and better: faster, more flexible and with a personal touch.
The first year focused on RF solutions, but they soon expanded into fibre optics. Since 2017, Wirewave has become a household name in fibre optic solutions, with a clear mission: to help customers with our high-quality products and a service that makes a difference.
This growth was boosted with the arrival of our first employee Andert Verwaerde and our move to Beerse. In 2022, Wirewave took another major step by moving into its own modern office building and warehouse – the ideal base for further expansion.
Today, Wirewave is a flexible and agile partner for fibre optics projects, active throughout Belgium and now venturing into Luxembourg. With the rollout of fibre-to-the-home and our expansion into Wallonia – partly thanks to the efforts of French-speaking representative Olivier Lepère – the company continues to grow without losing touch with our roots.
