Greet Adams
Hi there, I am Greet Adams. Born in 1978.
I am married to Kurt and we have decided just before Christmas 2015 to go for it and create our own company Wirewave. I have been working in the administration of my father’s company for many years. In the new company I am responsible for administration, finance and logistics. It is important to get all these things right from the first time, not only for us but also for you.
Apart from this job I have also engaged myself in the social sector. Three days a week I work with love and care for T'ANtWOORD vzw in Turnhout. An organisation which supports people in poverty and social exclusion.
In my freetime I like reading, travelling (I love citytrips !), playing tennis and to discover new places in our neighbourhood.

Kurt Pleysier
Hello, pleased to meet you !
I am Kurt Pleysier. Born in 1971 and alive and kickin’.
After I left school in 1993 I have been in sales and marketing in the data telecoms industry. It is my natural habitat. Because of my ambition and personal drive to set up my own business together with you for minimum the next 20 years I have created our own new company “Wirewave” in early 2016.
I am responsible for the general management of the company with a strong focus on sales and marketing. In our business model we keep to our values such as integrity, sustainability, corporate government, ecological themes and mutual respect.
Let me tell you something about myself. I am happily married to Greet. Together with our children Julie (2001); Lukas (2003) we live in Merksplas. A very green, quit and friendly village in the North of Antwerp. I like to ride my mountainbike with friends in the woods. Also hiking and running are some of my favourite sports. But when relaxing a nice lunch or dinner with friends or family is allways a highlight.
In summer I enjoy the music and atmosphere at some famous Belgian festivals.

Andert Verwaerde
Many of you working in the fiber optics industry probably know me, but for those who don’t, my name is Andert Verwaerde.
I am already working for more than 20 years in fiber optics as a technical sales representative, so old colleagues meet again.
I was born in Antwerp on the 3rd of may 1969 and currently living in the city of Lier with my wife Cindy and her son Vincent.
In my free time I like to go on citytrips and travel around the world, combining this with my hobby, photography.
Going out for breakfast, following with a relaxing walk an ending the day with a glass of wine, what more do we need for a perfect day !
If there is one thing a have learned over the years, that it is not about the competition, it’s the way you treat your customers and partners.
We are all equal, treat everybody with respect and be happy with what you accomplished, the rest will follow.

Gert Bosmans
Hello there,
My name is Gert Bosmans and I am the newest member of this small, but great team.
I was born in december 1969 and I’m married to Nadia. Together with our two sons Thomas (1999) and Jens (2002), we live in Beerse, so very close to the company.
In my spare time, I love to play tennis and padel.
Half of my career I sold cars, the other half I have been able to develop my skills in administrative work and warehousing.
This is exactly what I will be doing in Wirewave: I will organise the warehouse and will be your main interface for day-to-day logistic related questions.
I hope to support Greet, Kurt and Andert in many ways and contribute to the growth of Wirewave over the next years.
